Client Experience and Marketing Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative marketing person to join our multifamily renovation company. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our services and building our brand awareness in order to generate leads and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with top clients
Resolve escalated client issues in coordination with operations and sales.
Plan and manage industry events, trade shows, and client appreciation activities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
Create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts
Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts and interacting with followers
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
Build relationships with partners and vendors to co-promote services
Maintain the company's website, including updating content and analyzing website traffic
Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating trade shows and hosting open houses

Requirements:

5+ years in account management, customer success, or marketing, ideally in multifamily or construction.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in graphic design and social media management software
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Outgoing, creative, and confident personality
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations and priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
