Client Experience & Nutrition Associate – Pet Salon & Boutique (Smithfield & Cumberland, RI)

Dtails is a busy and award-winning pet salon and boutique seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Client Experience & Nutrition Associate to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, loves animals, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings
• Check-in/check-out pets for grooming and retail purchases
• Manage retail sales and process payments
• Communicate with groomers and pet parents about services and needs
• Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with light cleaning and restocking of retail products

Requirements:

• Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• Comfort handling dogs and cats of all sizes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
• Familiarity with booking software is a plus (we’ll train the right person)
• Must be dependable and punctual
