Rice Law is hiring a Client Experience Receptionist — the voice and heartbeat of our firm.
This is not a basic front desk role. You are the first impression for people who are often reaching out during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Your ability to balance warmth, professionalism, organization, and empathy will directly shape how our firm is experienced.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the primary point of contact for high-end clientele while playing a critical role in supporting our attorneys, staff, and office operations.
