**Seeking a Client Experience Specialist Who Delivers Exceptional Service**

We're looking for a Client Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face of our bustling Otsgeo office who can deliver outstanding service while reflecting the values and professionalism that define Legacy Title.

**Your Role: Create Exceptional First Impressions, Client Experiences & So Much More**

As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you'll set the tone for the Legacy Title experience by delivering exceptional service and ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and memorable. Whether in person, by phone, or through email, you'll ensure everyone feels valued and well cared for.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Answering, screening & forwarding calls, providing essential information as needed.
• Greeting, welcoming & directing visitors with grace, positivity & professionalism.
• Managing mail, deliveries & courier services.
• Supporting the office health by handling logistics such as office supply inventory, stocking & conference room preparedness.
• Providing administrative support to our Closing teams, including ordering payoffs, obtaining water bill information, conducting priority picture requests, and completing county walk-throughs, as needed.
• Maintaining a pristine office environment that reflects our values & standards.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time or Seasonal
