Position Summary

The Client Experience Specialist is the first impression of Cambria Wealth Management. You are the warm, professional presence that sets the tone for every client interaction. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and keeping the office running smoothly day to day. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, and takes genuine pride in creating a welcoming environment. No background in finance is required, but a high standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are a must.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a meaningful part-time role with a growth-oriented firm, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the team continues to expand.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the face and first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, in person and by phone
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
  • Greet and welcome clients arriving for appointments, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience
  • Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and calendar management
  • Handle general office logistics including mail, supplies, deliveries, and vendor coordination
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
  • Help maintain an organized, tidy, and professional office environment
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as the firm's needs evolve

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, customer service, hospitality or office support role preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You genuinely enjoy working with people
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time
  • Professional presentation and demeanor; you understand that first impressions matter
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive. You take ownership of your responsibilities
  • Comfortable with basic office technology (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems); willingness to learn firm-specific tools
  • No financial services experience required. We will train the right person
