Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented leader to oversee training, job coordination, and quality control across our cleaning teams.
This role is responsible for ensuring every job meets Reactiv standards, every team member is properly trained, and every client has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Onboarding
- Train new cleaners on Reactiv systems, checklists, and expectations
- Conduct hands-on job site training
- Reinforce attention to detail and company standards
Job Coordination
- Assist in scheduling and organizing cleaning jobs
- Ensure teams are properly staffed and prepared
- Communicate clearly with team members about assignments and expectations
Quality Control
- Perform job site inspections
- Identify missed items and coach team members
- Ensure consistency across all client locations
Team Leadership
- Support and motivate cleaning staff
- Address performance issues with accountability
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
