Create and maintain client fee schedules, budgets, and invoicing schedules aligned with SOWs.
Lead preparation and consolidation of Budget vs. Actuals (BVA) at client and agency level, surfacing key variances and opportunities.
Review contracts/SOWs to ensure financial terms, deliverables, and billing structures are executed correctly.
Partner with Account Services and Operations to deliver insights that guide campaign performance and pricing.
Collaborate with HRBP on workforce planning, ensuring labor allocations align with client scope and financial targets.
Advise client leads on financial guardrails during negotiations, change orders, and growth opportunities.
Develop and refine financial models for revenue, cost, and profitability projections.
Conduct profitability analysis across campaigns, services, and client portfolios.
Translate operational inputs (capacity, utilization, delivery risk) into financial forecasts.
Maintain dashboards for revenue performance, burn rates, and margin health.
Deliver accurate weekly/monthly reporting with clear, actionable recommendations.
Build and scale financial systems, databases, and reporting processes for a growing agency.
Drive automation and efficiency in forecasting/reporting with advanced Excel and ERP tools (NetSuite preferred).
Champion data governance and consistent adoption of finance tools across the business.
Partner with Operations to integrate timesheets, resourcing, and workflow data into financial models.
Act as a proactive partner to client teams and leadership, providing recommendations that shape strategy.
Support pricing, fee structures, and revenue planning tied to agency growth.
Provide scenario modeling for proposals, client expansions, and high-risk opportunities.
Lead financial reviews at the vertical level, ensuring leadership visibility into risks, opportunities, and projections.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience (agency/marketing environment preferred).
Expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Macros).
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); Power BI/Tableau experience a plus.
Strong understanding of agency revenue models (retainer, project, performance-based, hourly).
Excellent communication skills—able to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Proven ability to build scalable financial systems and processes.
Strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
