bout the Role

We’re not looking for a typical salesperson we’re looking for a Client Growth & Sales Partner who can close deals, build lasting relationships, and lead smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

In this role, you’ll manage the entire growth cycle:

  • Find and close clients through social media, outreach, and networking.
  • Onboard them with clarity and confidence.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, product research, and account management teams to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll be the bridge between the client and the company, ensuring that both sides achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via social media, referrals, and lead sources.
  • Close deals confidently by clearly communicating our value and process.
  • Convert prospects into long-term, satisfied clients.

Client Management & Coordination

  • Onboard new clients smoothly with clear expectations.
  • Lead weekly check-ins and maintain communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely updates, measurable progress, and transparent coordination.

Growth & Retention

  • Track client KPIs such as satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
