Location: College Road Township

We are a construction-based company seeking motivated early-career professionals for a Night Shift position. This is a non-technical role focused on marketing our construction services in the US market and managing client communication.

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekends: Off
Basic Salary: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 plus commission in USD

Job Responsibilities
Promote and market construction services in the US market through cold calling and email outreach
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Handle US clients professionally for project discussions and coordination
Maintain clear communication between clients and the internal team

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Confident in handling US clients
A Level, O Level, or recent graduate in Civil Engineering or any other field
Comfortable and reliable in working night shift
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
