DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our exciting and fast-paced downtown Oakland law firm is looking for a sales-oriented individual to provide marketing support, build a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives. This position requires tenacity, strong judgment and quick decision-making skills to identify potential new firm business and centers around the following core duties:

· Generate leads via inbound phone calls, social media and emails.

· Assess eligibility and potential case value based on firm criteria.

· Research and maintain lead database.

· Create client files and enter them into case management system.

· Follow-up with clients regarding case information and documents.

· Performing other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

· 1-2 years sales or lead generation experience required.

· Experience researching and maintaining databases.

· Litigation firm experience a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Well-developed customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
