We are rapidly expanding and looking for driven, phone-confident professionals to join our intake team.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:
- Call centers
- Appointment setting
- Customer service
- Sales support
You will NOT be closing deals — your job is to connect, qualify, and schedule appointments for our senior consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from prospects actively seeking timeshare exit help
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
- Ask structured questions to qualify clients
- Build trust and guide prospects through the next step
- Schedule consultations with our sales team
- Enter detailed notes and updates in CRM
- Follow up on missed appointments and nurture leads
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Comfortable handling high daily call volume
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Motivated by performance and bonuses
Preferred Experience
- Call center or appointment setting
- Inside sales or lead qualification
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Financial services, timeshare, or debt relief (a plus, not required)
