Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between the Law Firm and our clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. The Liaison will be responsible for managing documentation, facilitating meetings, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between departments to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Review and manage legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in data entry and file management to maintain organized records.
  • Utilize SmartAdvocate for document management and case tracking.
  • Maintain professionalism in phone etiquette while handling inquiries from clients.
  • Conduct document reviews to ensure completeness and adherence to legal standards.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with legal administrative tasks.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document review processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
