Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Management Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal writing and government contracting, particularly within the scope of Small Business Administration (SBA) solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary liaison between SBA Solutions and our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals for government contracts, adhering to all relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support proposal development and client initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on navigating the government procurement process and leveraging SBA solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored strategies and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the contracting process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, government policies, and SBA guidelines to inform client recommendations and strategies.





Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, proposal writing, and government contracting.
  • In-depth knowledge of SBA solutions and government procurement processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing government contracts through well-crafted proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience working with a consulting firm or within the government sector.
  • Certifications in project management or proposal writing.
