We are looking for an Arabic speaking Client Manager who is also highly proficient in English. The ideal candidate will manage branding activities, marketing coordination, social media handling, and direct communication with clients. This role requires someone confident, organized, and able to understand client requirements clearly and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Communicate in Arabic and English professionally (written & verbal).
  • Handle client inquiries, gather requirements, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present project updates, proposals, and service information clearly.

Branding & Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute branding strategies.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, content plans, and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Social Media Management

  • Coordinate with designers and content teams for social media posts.
  • Review, schedule, and manage content across platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and support online brand growth.

Project & Task Coordination

  • Collect, document, and communicate client requirements accurately.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for management or clients.

General Support

  • Support the management team with client-related activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all client interactions and projects.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in client management, marketing, or account handling
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and social media management
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
  • Ability to gather and document client requirements accurately
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools
