Role Overview
The Client Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with international clients, coordinating internal teams, ensuring project execution and maintaining smooth communication across all parties. You will work closely with Success Managers, RMMs and internal marketing teams to deliver high-quality service to clients, including nonprofits, government bodies, and philanthropic organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Conduct scheduled check-ins, updates and planning meetings
- Understand client objectives, especially in sectors like local government, nonprofits and philanthropy
- Maintain clear, proactive and timely communication
Project Coordination
- Coordinate across SEO, content, PR, LinkedIn, design and ads teams
- Track timelines, deliverables and weekly progress
- Maintain SOPs and project tracking documents
- Ensure smooth onboarding and project flow
LinkedIn & Sales Navigator Support
- Manage LinkedIn posting schedules and content coordination
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build prospect lists
- Segment decision-makers in government, nonprofits and philanthropic institutions
- Support lead research and outreach preparation
Operational Management
- Oversee internal workflows and follow-ups
- Ensure no task or deadline is missed
- Escalate delays or blockers immediately
- Support Success Manager and RMM for daily operational continuity
Quality Assurance
- Review deliverables before sending to clients
- Check content, messaging and alignment with client expectations
- Maintain consistency, clarity and quality in all output
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of client management or account servicing experience
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working with nonprofits, government agencies or philanthropic organisations
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of SEO, LinkedIn marketing and email automation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, dashboards and documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in climate, sustainability or policy-driven projects (added advantage)
- Prior experience with US-based or international clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools
