Responsibilities
- Identify business development opportunities and build long-term client relationships. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and case managers
- Conduct regular client check-ins and visits to ensure satisfaction and address needs
- Assess client care requirements and develop/update personalized care plans with caregivers. Match clients with suitable caregivers based on skills, experience, and preferences
- Collaborate with marketing staff to create outreach campaigns, marketing materials community outreach efforts to promote services
- Manage digital presence including social media and Google Business Profile to generate leads and enhance agency visibility
- Monitor client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, care plans, and service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service quality
- Assist in scheduling client visits and transportation logistics when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare sales, business development, or marketing (home care or senior services preferred)
- Proven track record in homecare industry and preferably who can bring in new clients and who comes with an established client.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a flexible environment
- Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders including clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail

Compensation & Schedule
- Base Pay + Commission commensurate to performance
- Flexible schedule (Part-time / Full-time)

- TB Clearance

- Training Certificates (e.g., CPR, First Aid, BLS, etc.)
- Resume or Reference Letters
