The Client Manager is responsible for managing relationships with property owners, ensuring smooth operations of all apartments, and overseeing compliance and reporting requirements.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to urgent issues, fully time work in-office 6 days a week, and remotely in urgent case.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the DTCM portal, including handling new unit permits, cancellations, and any related documentation.
- Oversee the keyless smart lock system for all properties.
- Work with the accounts team to review monthly reports, save them as PDF files, and send them to property owners via separate emails till the 10th of each month.
- Update and maintain the insurance list for all properties and communicate with the insurance company through the e mail.
- Maintain regular communication with property owners via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Be always reachable and carry a laptop off duty to respond to emergencies at any time.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay fully aware of all issues related to complaints and apartment conditions, and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian languages (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent situations.
- Familiarity with DTCM processes and property management systems is a plus.
- Professional and proactive attitude, with high attention to detail.
Note: The Client Manager role requires flexibility and availability outside standard office hours in case of emergencies.
