Client Marketing Manager

Client Marketing Manager position for website development and marketing agency located in downtown Asheville, NC.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated professional with two years or more experience in marketing and communications and one year in a client-facing role.

The ideal applicant will be familiar with digital marketing tactics and strategy and be comfortable working on all things web. This position requires previous experience in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC. Agency experience is a plus.

You will:

• Own the success of assigned accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for a group of clients.
• Schedule, organize and host recurring meetings with clients
• Organize and manage the flow of communications, information, and deliverables between RealTech and clients.
• Craft marketing strategies and plans to ensure the consistent delivery of services and performance.

Manage the day to day operations of marketing channels including:

• Search - Monitor and manage organic search performance. Ideate and manage content production. Manage PPC campaigns.
• Email marketing - Produce email marketing campaigns.
• Facebook - Monitor and manage organic and paid activities.
• Analyze performance data, actively seeking out narratives to share with the client and internal teams.

Skills needed:

• Familiarity with WordPress and Google Workspace.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Facebook.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Applicants must demonstrate a working knowledge of digital marketing skills and platforms.

Located in downtown Asheville, NC, RealTech Webmasters a well-established website development and marketing agency, offering a collaborative environment in a casual and friendly atmosphere. RealTech specializes in building websites and managing marketing services for the real estate and hospitality industries. This is a full-time, in-office position. After an initial period, some remote work time may be offered for a well-qualified applicant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
