Available as a standalone web dashboard and a Chrome/Edge browser extension, it allows front desk teams to scan and validate patient profiles directly over their existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

The Role
We are looking for a highly communicative and tech-savvy Onboarding Coordinator to take ownership of the client setup experience for Patient Validator.
In this role, you will be the face of our software for new users. You will guide practice managers and front-desk staff through the installation process, teach them how to seamlessly integrate the scanner into their daily EHR workflow, and ensure they are getting maximum value out of their subscription from day one.
