Client Onboarding Coordinator

At Bonfire Revenue, we partner with medical practices to maximize their revenue and streamline their daily operations. To help our clients stop revenue leaks before they start, we developed Patient Validator—a proprietary software tool that instantly verifies patient demographic data.

Typos at the front desk lead to disconnected phone numbers, bounced emails, and returned patient statements. Patient Validator solves this by allowing practice staff to verify USPS mailing addresses, active phone lines, and email deliverability with a single click. Available as a standalone web dashboard and a Chrome/Edge browser extension, it allows front desk teams to scan and validate patient profiles directly over their existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

The Role

We are looking for a highly communicative and tech-savvy Onboarding Coordinator to take ownership of the client setup experience for Patient Validator.

In this role, you will be the face of our software for new users. You will guide practice managers and front-desk staff through the installation process, teach them how to seamlessly integrate the scanner into their daily EHR workflow, and ensure they are getting maximum value out of their subscription from day one.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Onboarding Sessions: Conduct live video calls with medical practice staff to walk them through the Patient Validator platform.
  • EHR Workflow Training: Show users how to install the browser extension and demonstrate exactly how to scan and validate patient profiles directly inside their specific EHR.
  • Feature Education: Train clients on advanced tools within the Bonfire Dash, including how to format and upload CSV files for Bulk Validation.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide tier-one support during the setup phase, helping users navigate browser settings, extension pins, and initial login procedures.
  • Account Setup: Assist clients with creating accounts, managing their user seats, and understanding their monthly validation limits.

What We Are Looking For

  • Tech-Savvy Communicator: You are comfortable explaining software concepts (like browser extensions and CSV uploads) to users who may not be highly technical.
  • Healthcare/EHR Familiarity: Previous experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), medical billing, or front-desk clinic operations is a massive plus.
  • Patience & Empathy: You enjoy teaching others and can maintain a positive, encouraging attitude when clients need extra help navigating a new tool.
  • Self-Starter: You are organized, can manage a calendar of onboarding appointments, and proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth transition.
