About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Documentation Analyst to support the setup and maintenance of investment accounts within a highly regulated financial environment. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in reviewing documentation, following established procedures, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of daily tasks. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to work under demanding deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open, review, and maintain investment accounts in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret investment management agreements, basic wills, trust agreements, and other foundational legal documents governing fiduciary and non-fiduciary relationships.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with applicable regulatory requirements, including those related to banking and securities oversight.
  • Accurately input client, account, and legal information into internal systems and applications.
  • Prepare concise summaries of account relationships when required.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Follow established workflows under the supervision of the Account Opening Team Lead and/or Manager.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field (B.Com, BBA, MBA Finance preferred).
  • Experience with trusts, legal documentation, investment agreements, or financial services operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
