Salary: Starting from 80,000 PKR + Deal-closing bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist (Female) to handle all incoming WhatsApp inquiries, convert prospects into paying customers, and ensure an exceptional post-sale experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries received via WhatsApp.
• Understand client needs, pitch relevant services, and close sales deals to successfully onboard new clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up on the onboarding process until completion.
• Track conversion rates and suggest improvements to boost client satisfaction & revenue.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client onboarding, customer support, telesales, or chat-based sales.
• Excellent typing speed and command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic CRM tools.
