Qualifications & Experience

10–15+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a strong focus on Medical Devices / Medical Technologies.

Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios (USD 10M+) in engineering services, digital services, or technology consulting.

Strong understanding of MedTech engineering lifecycle, regulatory environment, and industry trends.

Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales and long-term account growth.

Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Attributes

Experience selling to leading medical device, diagnostics, or digital health companies in North America.
