About the Role

Trademark is a residential construction company seeking a Client Planning Assistant to support our pre-construction and homeowner planning process. This position helps organize ideas, visuals, and layouts so projects can move forward clearly and efficiently.

This role blends creativity, organization, and communication and is well suited for someone interested in construction, interiors, or project support.

What You’ll Do

• Assist homeowners in organizing layout and finish selections
• Prepare visual aids such as layouts and simple concept views
• Update drawings and plans as projects evolve
• Help prepare information for estimating and job setup
• Communicate with internal team members and outside suppliers
• Support client meetings by organizing materials and presentations

• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfort working on a computer and learning new tools
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Interest in home design, remodeling, or building materials
• Previous experience is helpful but not required
