This project is focused on transforming the client experience by combining people, streamlined sales processes, and innovative technology. At the center of this transformation is the Client Relations Representative role—created to equip future sales and service professionals with the skills, tools, and confidence to succeed.

We’re currently hiring Client Relations Representatives who are eager to learn, passionate about helping others, and motivated to make a real impact. As a Client Relations Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of client engagement, receiving structured training while gaining real-world experience. You’ll develop the ability to solve problems, build trust, and deliver seamless support and sales experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities of a Client Relations Representative

  • Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic sales assistance directly to clients.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact, representing both our company and our client’s brand.
  • Use active listening to understand client needs and deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of client services, tools, and processes to deliver accurate guidance.
  • Represent the Client Relations Representative team during local outreach and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and improve customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team meetings to expand your skills.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions while staying up to date on product and service updates.

Qualifications for a Client Relations Representative

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role preferred (not required).
  • Prior experience as a Client Relations Representative is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
  • Dependable, goal-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
