Client Relations and Field Manager

Duties

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service
• Coordinate and execute event marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about offerings and features
• Manage field operations, including setting up promotional events, ensuring smooth logistics, and overseeing team activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, promoting services, and contributing to revenue growth
• Deliver compelling public speaking engagements and product demos to diverse audiences at events or in the field

Skills

• Strong background in marketing, especially event marketing strategies that drive engagement
