Client Relations and Quality Control Manager

Riggins Bookkeeping Solutions is a specialized bookkeeping firm serving real estate investors and short term rental owners. We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Real Estate Account Manager (Client Relations & Quality Control) who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring financial reporting accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong bookkeeping knowledge with excellent client communication skills. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for clients while overseeing the quality and accuracy of financial reports produced by the bookkeeping team.

You will act as the bridge between clients and our internal bookkeeping staff, reviewing financial work, delivering reports, and ensuring clients receive clear insights into their financial performance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high service standards and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Position Details

Title: Real Estate Client Relations Manager (Quality Control)

Pay: $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Starting at approximately 25 hours per month with opportunity for growth

Availability: Must be available during standard business hours (Monday–Friday) for client communication and team collaboration

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, responding to questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver monthly financial reports and explain results in clear, client friendly language.
  • Schedule and host client meetings as needed to review performance, answer questions, and provide financial insight.

Financial Review & Report Delivery

  • Oversee financial quality control by reviewing bookkeeping work completed by Lead and Tier I–III Bookkeepers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify reconciliations, categorization, and financial statements before reports are delivered to clients. Secret subject line is Pixie Dust AM.
  • Ensure owner statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow summaries are accurate and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain consistent financial reporting standards across all client accounts.
  • Review and support trust accounting activities, including oversight of trust transactions and ensuring compliance with real estate accounting requirements (training provided).

Task Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Ensure all client tasks in task manager are updated and completed according to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the internal bookkeeping team to resolve outstanding issues efficiently.

Process & Quality Control

  • Ensure all reporting, documentation, and communication follow and create company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience, reporting clarity, and internal workflows.
  • Support leadership in maintaining consistent service delivery across the firm.

*Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs and workflow.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client management, bookkeeping, or account coordination (real estate or property management industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping processes and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly to non accountants.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with trust accounting for real estate or property management preferred but not required (training provided).
  • QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Xero
