Client Relations and Sales Roles

Primary Job Functions

- Develop growth strategies focused on both financial and customer gain and satisfaction.

- Conduct frequent market research to identify new opportunities and Customer expectations.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective or existing Clients and Partners.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners.

- Liaise with the General Manager on a weekly basis discussing strategies, Client feedback and opportunities.

- Organize and maintain CRM and customer data files.

- Maintain Minutes of Meetings with each customer or prospective customer meeting.

- Identify and attend relevant business events and promote the Company’s products and services during such meetings and events.

- Prepare sales contracts and/or quotations according to aviation rules and guidelines.

- Keep track and record of sales.

- Provide after-sales support.

- Coordinate with the General Manager on the Customer relations ensuring the optimization of the service level.

- Create and provide Management with Future growth strategies and updates monthly. Track and report progress to General Manager.

- Ensure adequate knowledge of each service provided to be obtained and understood.

- Meet and greet all customer personal ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction.

- Ensuring all customer requests are submitted to operations and followed as per company’s procedures.

- Female preferred.

- Negotiable salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales or Aviation or Customer Service or Design: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (Required)
