What a Customer Relations Agent Will Do:

• As a Customer Relations Agent, manage existing customer accounts while driving new sales opportunities that align with client needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Future Innovations SA to provide high-level customer service and sales solutions.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams to ensure sales goals and activation processes are met efficiently.
• Utilize sales strategies to advocate for both client success and customer satisfaction, ensuring future sales growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide innovative sales recommendations for optimal outcomes.
• Assist in training new Customer Relations Agents to maintain excellence and consistency across all customer and sales channels.
