Client Relations / Design Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Relations / Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in fostering strong relationships with clients while coordinating design projects seamlessly from inception to completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and professionalism. Your proactive approach, combined with excellent communication skills, will help drive customer satisfaction and support our company's reputation for outstanding client service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in client management, design coordination, and sales support within a vibrant, fast-paced builder / developer's office.

Duties

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Assist clients in selecting design options, materials, and finishes that align with their vision and budget
  • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of design projects
  • Enter and manage client data accurately using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software systems
  • Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, upselling services or products when appropriate, and following up on leads
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project updates, and transaction histories to facilitate smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
  • Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or retail environment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Experience with outbound calling and follow-up to nurture client relationships and generate sales opportunities
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary; basic typing skills for quick data entry are essential
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions effectively
  • Quick Books knowledge

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
