Role Overview
The Client Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient journey from inquiry to discharge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment with good leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with registration, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Manage phone, WhatsApp, and email communication professionally and promptly
- Coordinate daily OPD and surgical schedules with nurses, doctors, and OT team
- Provide pre-procedure instructions and arrange post-procedure follow-up
- Handle payments, invoicing, and receipts (insurance knowledge is a plus)
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with DHA standards
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and help resolve concerns
- Ensure a pleasant and well-managed waiting room experience
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of clinic management systems preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
