Client Relations Executive – Female PRO

At Sarie, we help founders, businesses, enterprises and individuals build and grow in the UAE — free from the confusion, delays, or guesswork that usually comes with immigration and compliance.

As we scale, we are building a strong in-house team and are looking for experienced professionals who understand how things actually get done in the UAE ecosystem.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on professional with proven experience across client relations, PRO services, licenses, immigration, visas and government processes. This role is critical to ensuring delivery excellence, transparency, and client trust. To diversify our existing international team, we are shortlisting candidates that are Eastern Europeans, Latinas, Eastern Asians or mixed / 3rd cultured females.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relational workflows — from onboarding to final issuance — while coordinating with internal teams, management, government portals, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client relations for:

  • Own and manage client relationships from onboarding through to service completion and beyond.
  • Act as the key driver for all client relationships, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional experience.
  • Understand client needs and deliver expert guidance on company formation, licensing, amendments, visas, and related services.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams and management to ensure timely and accurate execution of all client requests.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients on case progress, timelines, and requirements in a strategic manner.
  • Build long-term relationships by identifying opportunities for additional services and ongoing support.
  • Ensure all client documentation and information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Track client interactions, updates, and status through internal systems / CRMs.
  • Resolve client concerns, escalations, or delays with ownership and accountability.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless handovers and service delivery.
  • Lead client experience, communication flows, and retention strategies as Sarie scales.

What We’re Looking For

4–8+ years of hands-on experience in:

  • DED Work
  • PRO services
  • Immigration / Visas
  • Business setup or government services
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working with Amer / Tasheel / MOHRE / GDRFA / Freezones
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously
  • Clear communicator — internally and with clients
  • Takes ownership, not excuses

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a business setup firm in freezones, PRO outsourcing company, or consultancy
  • Cross culture skills
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Exposure to Golden Visa or investor visas
  • Experience working with CRMs or case management tools
  • Ability to mentor junior team members as the team scales
