About Us:
HAVN is a leading, fully licensed holiday home company in Dubai, managing a portfolio of premium short-term rentals across the city. We’re looking for a Client Relations Executive with a strong background in account management to build and maintain long-term relationships with our property owners and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and landlords
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust
- Provide regular updates on property performance, occupancy, and revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, guest relations, and finance) to deliver seamless service
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support new property onboarding and ensure compliance with company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve owner experience and retention
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Confident in handling professional correspondence and reports
- Dubai-based and available to work from our Business Bay office
