We are looking for a highly articulate and motivated Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Role In this role, you will be the primary voice of our company, interacting with our B2B clients primarily through telephone and email. We are looking for a professional who understands that exceptional service and proactive communication naturally drive business growth. By ensuring flawless coordination and building genuine trust, you will help our clients confidently see us as their preferred, long-term packaging partner.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for clients, handling inquiries and correspondence with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Collaborate effectively with clients' procurement departments and executive management to understand their packaging requirements and streamline the ordering process.
  • Guide discussions around quotations and terms with tact and finesse, consistently aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that strengthen the partnership.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsells.
  • Coordinate internally with our production and supply chain teams to guarantee that client expectations and delivery timelines are consistently met or exceeded.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree / Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience: Previous experience in client coordination, B2B customer service, or relationship management is highly preferred.

· Skills:

o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

o Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs.
  • Highly organized with meticulous follow-up skills.

  • Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Starting from PKR 80,000 per month, with upward flexibility based on your experience, negotiation abilities, and overall skill set.

Bonuses & Growth: A yearly bonus and annual salary increments to recognize and reward your long-term commitment and contributions.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
