Client Relations & Media Executive (Female)

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Client Relations & Media Executive to represent our company and manage day-to-day client interactions. This role combines client relationship management, coordination with internal operations, CRM handling, and active participation in social media content creation.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, client-focused, fluent in Arabic, and comfortable appearing in digital media while ensuring client services and deliverables are completed on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Communicate confidently with clients in Arabic and English
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service coordination professionally
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction at all stages

Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with operations and PRO teams to track client requests and deadlines
  • Monitor progress and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Proactively follow up internally to avoid delays and resolve issues

CRM Management & Client Onboarding

  • Maintain and update accurate client records in the CRM system
  • Onboard existing and new clients into the CRM
  • Track services, renewals, follow-ups, and client status

Media & Social Content

  • Create and participate in engaging content for company social media platforms
  • Appear in videos, reels, and other digital content as required
  • Coordinate content ideas and schedules with the marketing team
  • Represent the company’s brand confidently and professionally online

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken); English proficiency required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
  • Experience in client relations, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging in social media content
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
