Client Relations & Operations Executive

We are hiring a Client Relations & Operations Executive - a structured, detail-oriented professional who enjoys both client interaction and internal coordination. We work with a focused client base, and this role is designed to ensure smooth communication, disciplined project tracking, and operational consistency.

The position blends client servicing with light operational oversight - ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both relationship management and agency systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Project Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign summaries
• Ensure client expectations are aligned with internal timelines

Operational & Process Support

• Track project progress and internal workflows
• Maintain documentation, reports, and status updates
• Coordinate with partners and vendors when required
• Support basic administrative and process management activities

Business Support

• Assist in preparing proposals and plans
• Help identify new opportunities within existing accounts
• Support outreach and follow-ups when required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Basic understanding of advertising, branding, or marketing
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks calmly
• Comfortable using project management and reporting tools
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

WORK DETAILS

Full-time | On-site (Dubai)

Timing: Monday – Saturday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Salary: AED 3,000/month

Entry-level position with growth exposure.
