Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, and organized female candidate to handle incoming phone calls, client inquiries, sales coordination, and internal communication between clients and our creative/technical team.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer experience, and effective sales follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Phone Handling
- Answer and manage company phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries & Emails
- Professionally respond to client questions about services, pricing, and timelines
- Follow up with new and existing clients
- Schedule meetings and calls for management
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist in closing sales inquiries and service bookings
- Share service details, packages, and offers with clients
- Prepare basic quotations and follow up on approvals
- Update client status and sales pipelines
Team Coordination
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, video, development)
- Ensure tasks are clearly communicated and followed up
- Track deadlines and client deliverables
- Maintain smooth workflow between departments
Organization & Reporting
- Maintain client records and inquiry logs
- Report daily/weekly updates to management
- Keep communication clear, documented, and professional
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English / Arabic
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales mindset with a friendly, professional attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone systems, email, and basic office tools
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or coordination minimum 2 years of experience
- Qatari driving license is a plus
