Key Responsibilities
Client Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and contractors
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries professionally
- Assist with quotes, order entry, freight quotes and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate shipments and communicate timelines and updates to clients
- Maintain accurate client and order records
Warehouse Support
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
- Load and unload pallets and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, shipping containers, office and loading area
- Assist with inventory counts and material organization
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to lift up to 55 Ibs. and work in a hybrid / office & warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills (email, order entry, spreadsheets)
- Forklift experience is required
- Prior experience in client relations, account management, construction, or warehouse operations preferred
