Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and contractors
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries professionally
  • Assist with quotes, order entry, freight quotes and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate shipments and communicate timelines and updates to clients
  • Maintain accurate client and order records

Warehouse Support

  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
  • Load and unload pallets and materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, shipping containers, office and loading area
  • Assist with inventory counts and material organization
  • Support shipping and receiving operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 55 Ibs. and work in a hybrid / office & warehouse environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, order entry, spreadsheets)
  • Forklift experience is required
  • Prior experience in client relations, account management, construction, or warehouse operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
