At ZPayso, we are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Coordinator / Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our clients. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and overall client satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, driving retention, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and respond promptly to inquiries or issues.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate internal teams (operations, finance, product) to resolve client requests efficiently.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide necessary guidance on products and services.
- Track and document client interactions, updates, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Support account management by preparing reports, proposals, and client communications.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve client engagement strategies.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate any issues to management as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications is preferred.
- A proactive and client-centric attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships.
