Client Relationship Executive

We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Executive – Dubai

Female required due to diversity, 2 positions ( addidtional langauge requirment other than hindi and Urdu)

What You’ll Do
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts—handling queries, feedback, and solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and timely project execution
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
Track client interactions, prepare reports, and share insights with management

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success (B2B experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
