Client Relationship Executive (Telesales)

In this role, you will connect with potential clients over the phone, promote our property listings, and close deals with sales team to meet sales targets. This is a salary & commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.



Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

  • Call potential clients from provided leads.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for property viewings or consultations.
  • Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to potential clients.

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Promote property listings and explain key features and benefits.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.

Database Management:

  • Update and manage client information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Track call outcomes and follow-up schedules.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and competition.

Requirements :

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 year experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, hardworking and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling.
  • Flexible with shifts.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred.


Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is a plus.
