Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring seamless customer interactions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, communicating with clients, managing CRM software, and overseeing customer projects. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries across all channels with professionalism and grace
Convert inquiries into qualified leads for the sales team
Assess and categorize clients in our CRM system based on preferences, budget, and profile
Maintain detailed client records and interaction history
Coordinate with sales and authentication teams for seamless client experiences
Required Qualifications
2-3 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end client services
Proven ability to engage with VIP and high-net-worth clientele
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience with CRM systems and database management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Passion for luxury watches and horology
Ability to qualify and prioritize high-value opportunities
Proactive, self-motivated, and diplomatic
Cultural awareness and discretion when handling VIP clients
