Key Responsibilities
- Handle client onboarding and maintain updated client profiles.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Provide clear guidance on treatment plans, pricing, and pre/post-procedure protocols.
- Manage appointment scheduling, treatment follow-ups, and recovery tracking.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Front Desk, and Technical Staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Support client retention programs and loyalty campaigns.
- Ensure clients complete treatment cycles and convert enquiries into paid services.
- Maintain CRM software records and track conversion rates, renewals, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Contribute to monthly sales targets, repeat bookings, and referral conversions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer handling, counselling, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in clinics (Hair/Aesthetics/Slimming/Wellness) preferred
- Good coordination, multitasking, and organisational skills
- Confident personality with a customer-centric approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
