Client Relationship Manager

We are a polyclinic hiring a Client Relationship Manager.
The ideal candidate must be proactive and responsible, as this role directly supports patient care and requires zero compromise on service quality. Responsibilities include front desk coordination, doctor management, client management, lead calling, and maintaining smooth communication across departments.

Requirements:

• Must speak Malayalam and understand English
• Friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency (email, Excel, immediate responsive social media messaging)
• Organized, hardworking, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Sales experience is an added advantage
