We are seeking a highly dedicated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our ESAS Asset and Wealth Management team. This role is responsible for managing long-term relationships with ESAS clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions. You will work closely with family clients, portfolio management, and operations teams, while gaining exposure to the full spectrum of family office services. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage complex client expectations with precision and discretion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ESAS clients, ensuring seamless and high-touch service delivery.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored plans to address their requirements effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Portfolio Management, and private assistants to ensure smooth execution of client-related processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate support for all client requests, inquiries, and transactions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns; resolve issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Achieve client relationship management KPIs set by ESAS Asset and Wealth Management.
  • Discuss service scope, business contracts, and associated costs with clients as needed.
  • Maintain active relationships with financial institutions, banks, legal partners, and fund management companies.
  • Ensure proper and systematic maintenance of corporate records and client documentation.
  • Support the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of all asset types within the client portfolio.
  • Keep detailed records of meetings, follow-ups, and action points.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in client relationship management, banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with high-profile clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Awareness of market developments and industry trends, with ability to adapt quickly.
