Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager for our Real Estate division who will be responsible for client coordination, relationship management, and end-to-end documentation handling from booking to possession.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with new and existing clients through meetings, calls, and site visits.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Handle complete client lifecycle from booking to possession.

Manage and maintain all sales and legal documentation, including:

Booking Forms

Agreement to Sell

Allotment Letters

Payment Receipts

Possession-related documents

Coordinate with legal, accounts, and sales teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.

Address client queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Communicate payment schedules, dues, and follow-ups with clients.

Maintain and update client records in CRM systems or Excel.

Act as a liaison between clients, sales, site, and management teams.

Ensure high-quality post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred

Strong communication inn English and Hindi and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of documentation and compliance processes

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills

Good in MS Word, and CRM tools

Customer-focused, presentable, and professional attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in client handling within the real estate sector

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Long-term relationship-building mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
