Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
• Handle client queries, issues, and escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product)
• Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation ability
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
• Experience in SaaS / tech industry is a plus
