What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Mastering the Coffee Machine ☕)

• Review accounting work for our UK & UAE clients (spreadsheet sorcery required)
• Consult with clients about tax structuring, compliance, and company formation (your advice = their “aha!” moments)
• Lead meetings—virtual or in-person, bring your A-game and your best smile
• Manage and mentor the accounting team—help them level up, keep them motivated, and occasionally remind them to take lunch
• Oversee the operations team—make sure the client journey is smoother than a Dubai supercar
• Drive new business in the UAE—network, charm, and close deals like a pro
• Navigate Dubai (bonus points for shawarma recommendations)
• Champion our rapid growth—jump in, take initiative, and help shape our journey as we scale quickly
• Join team events—from escape rooms to brunches (and yes, we play padel! ), we work hard and play harder
• Get in front of the camera—comfortable filming short videos, sharing insights, and being part of our social content (no Oscar required, just good vibes and a smile!)

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or similar—if you know your IFRS from your elbow, we want you)
• UK & UAE accounting experience (can you explain VAT in both accents?)
• Excellent English communication and writing skills (we love a well-written email)
• Sales & consultation superstar—win clients over and keep them coming back
• Team leadership chops—you’ll manage and inspire both accounting and operations teams
• Business development ninja—see opportunity where others see spreadsheets
• Content confident—comfortable taking videos, filming content, and sharing your expertise on camera
• Remote work fan—flexibility is your thing, but you’ll show up for the important stuff

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UK Accounting Practice: 3 years (Required)
• UAE Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Required)
• working in a UK accountancy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent (Required)
