Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and solutions to meet client expectations
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address any issues, and identify opportunities for growth
• Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our service offerings
• Create and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention
• Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth to senior management
