Client Relationship Officer – US Healthcare
Job Summary
The Client Relationship Officer serves as the primary point of contact for US healthcare clients, ensuring client satisfaction, managing relationships, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with US healthcare clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure service delivery and SLA compliance.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and client retention.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or the US healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare processes, medical billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work US business hours.
Job Type: Full time, On-site
Timings: 8 PM - 5 AM
Working Days: Mon - Friday
