The Client Relationship Officer - B2B is a crucial position that involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients. You will need to understand clients' needs, solve their problems, offer customized solutions, and drive overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will also involve identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their needs and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and client feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Handle client queries and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking.
